Property Management Option
Whether you are living overseas, or live just around the corner, most landlords opt for our Property Management service. Our property rental teams are located in close proximity to your property, enabling us to undertake a visit to your property should this be necessary.
We become the first point of access for your tenant and are in touch with them from move in day. We undertake the all-important joint incoming inspection, including digital images of defects and damages found and a detailed written report. We deal with both minor and major issues that arise during the lease period.
Should anything go wrong, we will arrange either one of our own reliable contractors, or your own chosen contractor to carry out any necessary work.
Rental Collection Service
Included in our property management service, is the monitoring of your rental payments. With our rental collecting procedures in place, your timeous rent payment is assured during the entire lease period. We send out a detailed statement to yourself to explain disbursements made, including rates, levy and utility payments should you prefer and your tenant receives a monthly invoice and statement. We handle all outstanding monies directly with the tenant, including letters of demand, lease cancellation letters and default blacklisting on all the major credit bureaus should all efforts to collect fail.
